Pricing and Payments
As the value of natural goods fluctuates according to season, weather conditions and even the need of a client, there is no set pricelist for the majority of goods on offer- wild strawberries are usually quite expensive. All payments should be deposited in our bank account and no in cash with transit to our bank account and credit facilities are not available.
Return policy
Even though the goods we provide and the transport methods we use are of a very high standard, it is sometimes possible for part of the produce to suffer some damage, especially in high temperatures or damp. These are living organisms after all!
In these cases, we would request that you not consume the compromised produce, and following the relevant communication, we would be more than happy to cover part or all of the cost involved.
