Biennial plant that can reach one meter in height. It grows everywhere and is spread throughout Greece.
The leaves and shoots of, boiled and eaten alone or with other herbs, such as normal carrot (has anticancer properties).
Still used in pies to give flavor (smell almost like parsley). Eaten and root, but is stiffer and little of the calm carrot.
